Among the transgendered community, the answer to that question is generally considered to be "no." We consider sexual orientation to be a matter of the gender a person identifies as, not their reproductive parts. True, some people enjoy certain parts more than others and that can affect the definition. Those who prefer t-girls (or t-boys) specifically, however, are generally lumped into the "pansexual" category, which is an expansion on "bisexual" which covers the transgender spectrum. In the end, it comes down to what you consider yourself. As a girl (though a t-girl) I find myself preferring male organs to be used upon me, though emotionally speaking I tend to date girls.
